川亀酒造は
八幡浜市にあり、愛媛のお魚は全てここに集まる言っても過言ではないほど、漁業が盛んな街
僕の地元人も八幡浜に魚を持って行った方が高値になるからと言って、持っていくらしいです。ホンマかどうかわかりませんが。
甘鯛が有名です。

立香 印象的な香りはない
口に含むと旨みと苦み いわゆる辛口のお酒の印象
バランスはとても良くしっかり濃い味わい
舌の奥の方に旨みをしっかりくる

印象通り派手さはなく。
飲み進めたほうがスッと飲める。
でも舌の奥に旨みがくる。
玄人好みのお酒。
熱燗にしても絶対美味しい。

お肉に合うかな？
牛肉も鶏肉も
また、あわせてみます
